Kol Irkin

Kol Irkin era il dottore della Stazione Happiness [link] .
Era uno xenologista, cioè era specializzato in “medicina universale”: sapeva curare tutte le creature dell’universo.
Per poter fare questo, però, doveva continuamente studiare e aggiornarsi.
Infatti la sua grande passione era proprio “collezionare” alieni: quando incontrava qualcuno proveniente da un pianeta che ancora non conosceva, Kol doveva assolutamente sapere tutto di lui, del suo popolo, del suo pianeta, e deve fargli tutte le analisi possibili per scoprire come funzionava il suo organismo.
Il suo pianeta è quasi interamente coperto dall’acqua, e nell’acqua Kol era a suo agio come un pesce, ma non nuotava da anni perché soffriva di reumatismi.
Kol è morto di vecchiaia il 21 ottobre 2010 (data terrestre) a circa 85 anni terrestri.

Kol Irkin was Happiness Station [link] ’s doctor.
He was a xenologist, that means he was specialist in “universal medicine”: he could cure every creature of the universe.
But, to do that, he always had to study and keep himself up to date.
As a matter of fact, he “collected” aliens: when he met someone from a planet he didn’t know before, Kol absolutely wanted to know everything about him, his race, his planet, and he had to analyse him to discovery everything about his body.
His planet is almost completely covered by water, and Kol loved swimming, but… he wasn’t swimming for a long time because he had rheumatisms.
Kol died for old age on October, 21th 2010 (terrestrial time) when he was around 85 terrestrial years old.
